  42.                      It having been reported to the Court that Todd

  44.                 Howard Crawford, of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, has

  46.                 resigned from the practice of law before the Supreme
  47.  
  48.                 Court of Pennsylvania, Eastern District, and this Court
  49.  
  50.                 by order of April 17, 1995, having suspended the said
  51.  
  52.                 Todd Howard Crawford from the practice of law in this
  53.  
  54.                 Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to
  55.  
  56.                 show cause why he should not be disbarred;
  57.  
  58.                      And it appearing that the said rule was duly
  59.  
  60.                 issued;
  61.  
  62.                      It is ordered that the said Todd Howard Crawford be
  63.  
  64.                 disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and
  65.  
  66.                 that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys
  67.  
  68.                 admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court.
